Nicola Baldan and his Pit Lane Compeitizione SEAT Leon swept TCR Italy’s weekend at Monza, but it’s Eric Scalvini who still holds the championship lead after fifth and second place finishes. Giancon Claims Race 1 Pole at Monza, Baldan Gets Race 2

In qualifying 1 it was the Opel of Kevin Giacon who claimed pole position for race 1 at Monza with a time of 2:01.276, two-tenths quicker than the SEAT of Nicola Baldan. Scalvini Takes Race 2 Win at Misano

Eric Scalvini took his MM Racing Honda Civic to the winner’s circle in Race 2 from Misano by 8 seconds over Max Mugelli and his Audi RS3 LMS.  Palmen Kralav, also in an Audi, would finish third. Baldan Takes TCR Italy Race 1 from Misano

Nicola Baldan and his Seat Leon dominated Race 1 from Misano besting Plamen Kralav’s Audi RS3 LMS by over 8 seconds.  Eric Scalvini, who will start race 2 from pole, took the final podium in his Honda Civic Type R.
