After charging through the field from 11th, Gabrieli Tarquini and his Hyundai i30 N took the Race 2 win from Adria. After the veteran Italian Aurelien Comte would finish second in his Peugeot, taking full points and claiming the 2017 TCR Europe Trophy championship over Giacomo Altoe and his Target Competition Honda.
Fourth place would go to Maxime Potty with fifth going to Florian Thoma. Luigi Ferrara would finish sixth in his Alfa Romeo.
Mid-way through the race, Race 1 winner Josh Files would make contact with Antti Buri going for fourth place and be given a drive-through penalty for avoidable contact, ending his Europe Trophu championship hopes. Files would go onto finish 7th.
