The Boutsen-Ginion Racing Honda Civic of Aurelien Panis took TCR International’s Race 2 win in Thailand in only his second career series start. The Frenchman started from pole and as soon as the green flag flew, never looked back and went on to take an impressive victory at Chang International Circuit. Giacomo Altoe, in another Honda Civic, would finish second with the two-time defending champion, Stefano Comini, finishing third.
Attila Tassi, who now leads the championship standings, would bring his M1RA Honda home fourth with Jean-Karl Vernay and his Leopard Racing VW Golf GTI fifth.
