Hyundai i30 N Completes Over 900 Miles in Misano 24H Test

Hyundia Motorsports completed a successful endurance test of their new i30 N during the Misano 24H last weekend by completing nearly 932 miles.  It wasn’t all smooth sailing as the new-for-2018 car’s engine gave way in the final stint of the test, however after completing more mileage than expected from the manufacturer.

The i30 N, with touring car legend Gabriele Tarquinni driving, lead the opening stint of the race and set the fastest lap time of the race, nearly a half second over a SEAT Leon TCR.

While a 2017 race decision is pending, the car will be on display at the next TCR Germany event at the Nurburgring.
